The Winner - Series 6 2010 Stella, head of business management at a Japanese bank, said of the competition: "There were times that I felt very tired and it was much harder than I ever thought it would be. But in terms of quitting, there was absolutely no way." She said she hoped to provide a "better quality of life" for her two young sons. Runners up included Chris Bates and Joanna Riley Restaurant owner Yasmina has won the coveted job with Sir Alan Sugar in the final of The Apprentice, the reality television show in which contenders vie for a £100,000 job with the business tycoon. Asked how she felt to have won the coveted job, Ms Siadatan said: "I can't believe it, I am in shock. All those months ago you first apply to try to get on, and here I am, it's amazing." Runners up included Kate Walsh and James McQuillan Lee will be put in charge of a new company within Sir Alan’s sprawling £800million empire. He explained: “Sir Alan has bought a new business doing digital advertising and signage. I’ll be running the sales teams with one of his colleagues. It’s just want I wanted to do - start on something fresh and exciting.” Runners up included Claire Young & Alex Wotherspoon Simon got straight into his new role, which allowed him to train as a Chartered Surveyor while working at Sir Alan's privately owned real estate company, developing a hotel and golf complex near Stansted Airport. Runners up included Kristina Grimes and Tre Azam Michelle left school with only two GCSEs but went on to run her own telecoms business at the age of 24. Michelle has written her autobiography - Anything is Possible. Runners up included Ruth Badger and Syed Ahmed "Tim's a prime example of an apprentice" enthused his new boss at the time, "He's young, enthusiastic, eager to learn and a good all-rounder". Tim has now left Amstrad to set up his own male grooming business and The Bright Ideas Trust - a social initiative to inspire and help the next generation of entrepreneurs.
